The flowers of most Heather species are attractive and widely cultivated as annual or perennial ornamental plants but it is a powerful herb. Often used to make medicine.

Health benefits: Scientific research reveals the antioxidant and anti-rheumatic effects of Heather. In folk medicine, it is used as an antiseptic and antibacterial agent. In addition, it can be used as a diuretic and expectorant substance. Heather leaves are a rich source of triterpenoids that have healing properties - anti-inflammatory.

Heather in combination with other plants is used for menstrual and menopausal ailments, as well as to improve blood circulation. It is very effective to use Heather while bathing when using a highly concentrated infusion. Put 1 tablespoon of Heather flowers into 500 ml of boiling water, set it aside for 10 minutes undercover. We also recommend adding Heather to other teas: black, green or red. It will certainly bring out unique flavor compositions.

Really zingy lime flavoured coarse powder.

Really zingy citrussy lime flavour. Its fabulous for ringing a glass when mixed with paprika for a Margarita. Brings up the flavour of freshly made gaucamole. Just go for it .....

Rose Bud tea

I love the perfume of this tea, it's a balm for the stomach and skin.

Dark blue tea

This tea has a beautiful colour dark blue but taste is like a pea tea. I've tried with lemon juice and sugar to taste better but still pea tea.
