What is Blue Spirulina?


Before we say what benefits have blue spirulina, let's start with what difference is between blue spirulina from the usual green spirulina.

First and last difference is taste, blue spirulina don't have fishy taste like her sister green spirulina, and it have natural blue color so there will be Two differences, sorry for my mistake :)

Where blue spirulina comes from?


It's easy Blue Spirulina is derived from a blue-green algae, called Arthrospira platensis; this algae is more commonly known as spirulina.

Blue pigment phycocyanin is extracted from it.


Okey so what Benefits it give?


Spirulina Is Extremely High in Many Nutrients like:
Protein
Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
Vitamin B3 (niacin)

Iron
