Chrysanthemum flower has been associated with longevity and health since time immemorial. The whole secret of wonderful properties lies in the composition of the petals. We will find selenium, potassium, zinc and magnesium compounds there. Elements without which the human body cannot exist. It is especially needed by our nervous system.

Health benefits:  In turn, thanks to the high content of beta-carotene and vitamin A, tea with chrysanthemum can protect against retinal neuropathy, cataracts, macular degeneration and many other disorders affecting our vision. In turn, thanks to the high content of beta-carotene and vitamin A, tea with Chrysanthemums can protect against retinal neuropathy, cataracts, macular degeneration and many other disorders affecting our eyesight. Infusion strengthens the heart, the immune system, soothes nerves, relieves inflammation, strengthens bones and treats respiratory diseases. It has been proven that flowers have a positive effect on the skin: they soothe irritation, redness and chronic ailments, e.g. psoriasis. In addition, they brighten discolorations and smooth wrinkles. The health properties of Chrysanthemums also affect our bodies inside. Researchers have proven that chrysanthemum flowers lower blood pressure and the risk of heart attack, stroke, and atherosclerosis. High potassium content, in turn, affects the expansion of blood vessels, and thus - a reduction in pressure. Thanks to the content of folic acid, niacin, and riboflavin, Chrysanthemums Petals regulate our metabolism.

Other use: Chrysanthemums can be grown on garden beds, in containers on terraces and balconies, and are also popular as cut flowers for vases. The late flowering season of these plants also decided to use them to decorate the graves on All Saints' Day.

How to make a Chrysanthemums Tea?

Approximately 7 small flowers are enough for 250 ml. Use hot water (about 90 degrees Celsius), wait a few minutes and the brew is ready. Flowers can be flooded two or three times. Each time we get a different taste and aroma. We also recommend adding chrysanthemum flowers to other teas: black, green or red. It will certainly bring out unique flavor compositions.
