Apple Blossom
Apple blossoms are an excellent material for infusions. Tea prepared from them brings to mind spring, when the apple trees are covered with white and pink flowers. The smell of the infusion is mild, but the taste is distinct, sweet and sour, perfectly balanced. You can feel a pleasant apple fruitiness in it, which is emphasized by a very delicate tartness in the background.
Apple blossom tea not only tastes good, but also looks beautiful, so it is worth making it in a transparent mug or jug.
The infusion does not contain caffeine or any stimulating compounds, so it can make our moments more pleasant at any time of the day or night.
TEA:
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of flowers in a cup with boiling water. Cover and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes at most. Brewing too long will make the brew bitter.
