Melissa is probably one of the most popular herbs for sleep and calming down. It also has other healing properties - including improves digestion, relieves menstrual cramps and nausea during pregnancy.

How to make a Melissa?
Put 1 teaspoon of Melissa into 250 ml of hot water, cover and leave for 15 minutes. You can add some sugar or honey.
