Yerba Mate

How to make a Yerba Mate?
- Put yerba mate into the dish in an amount of 1/4 to 3/4 the volume of the dish
- Cover the opening of the vessel (e.g. with your hand), turn it upside down and tilt it
- Turn, place the bombilla in the empty space of the dish
- Pour a little water at 70-80 C
- Wait for a while until the drought absorbs water
- Pour more water over the yerba
- After a while, the brew is ready for consumption
- Yerba mate can be used several times
