Fujian Tea
White tea Fujian White Long is a white tea with a very high grade. It arises from the blossoming young leaves of a tea bush. The homeland of white Fujian White Long tea is China. Fujian White Long is characterized by its straw color and extremely delicate taste, in which a slight herbal accent and astringency are noticeable.
Health benefits: Due to the stage at which white tea is harvested, it not only has a more sublime taste and aroma but also has more valuable health properties than other teas. This is due to the fact that young leaves contain three times more antioxidants (antioxidants) than older tea leaves. Compared to the healing properties of green tea - the properties of white are similar, but you can safely assume that it is three times stronger. Strong antioxidant properties mean very good protective and anti-aging effects against our body cells. Polyphenols and white tea catechins, which are strong antioxidants, protect cells against the damaging, oxidizing effects of free radicals, are mainly responsible for inhibiting the aging process of cells and protecting against DNA. Tea catechins are also important in preventing cardiovascular disease. This is mainly due to the fact that they help maintain an adequate level of cholesterol, contributing to lowering the content of blood in the so-called bad LDL cholesterol causing atherosclerosis. Another extremely valuable property of tea, especially white, is its effect on the immune system. Through a substance called EGCg (epigallocatechin gallate), tea stimulates lymphocyte synthesis, stimulating our immune system to fight various diseases. But this is not the end of the healing effects of tea. Drinking (of course without any additives) prevents the development of caries bacteria and plaque deposition, and tea infusions can successfully replace mouthwash. Both drinking white tea and washing the skin with it also has a beneficial effect on the skin - regular drinking of the infusion cleanses the body of toxins, and when used externally, it has antiseptic (antibacterial, antifungal) properties. And if we have the perspective of intense mental work - we should also help with an infusion of white tea! Stimulates milder, but longer than coffee stimulates the brain and improves mood. If we care especially about the health properties of white tea, remember to drink it without any additives, because each substance added to the infusion reduces the activity of medicinal substances - especially sugar!
